New Brunch at Maggiano’s

Brunch at Maggiano’s

Going out to brunch with friends is one of my favorite weekend activities. Although I like making breakfast or brunch at home during the weekends, it’s always nice to go out and meet up with friends for a special weekend treat.

One of my good friends invited me to join her for the new Maggiano’s brunch preview a few weeks ago. Maggiano’s is better known for their family style menu. They are now incorporating a very robust brunch offering.

We started off with drinks. My two favorites were the frozen Bellini, and the customized Bloody Mary.

Sweet offerings include lemon ricotta pancakes, and creme brûlée French toast made with cranberry raisin focaccia. Savory dishes include: two types of frittatas, several types of Eggs Benedict (crab! meatball!), and fried chicken and waffles. And don’t forget a side of thick cut and perfectly cooked Nueske’s Bacon.

Scroll down and drool! I can’t wait to be back.

Disclosure: I participated in a brunch preview at Magliano’s. I was not required to write a blog post. All opinions are my own.

I have loved cooking and baking since I was 5 years old. It was the one activity that I would share with all my extended family. Like most people, I love traveling. I love visiting the markets, exploring unknown ingredients, and bringing them back home with me for inspiration. I find that recipes with simple and pure ingredients yield the best results.
