Babycakes Cupcake Maker and Book Giveaway

A while back I received a review copy of 175 Best Babycakes Cupcake Maker Recipes. The book has recipes developed for the Babycakes Cupcake Maker: bite-sized cupcakes, cheesecakes, mini pies, and more. It is such a great concept that I thought I would do a giveaway for the book and the cupcake maker.

It took me a while to find the cupcake maker. When I first started looking, they were sold out everywhere. I don’t have space for one more appliance in my kitchen, but if I did I would have one of these. They are great for going on vacation, or for hot days when you just don’t want to turn on the oven. I also like that you can make 1/2 the recipe and make one batch of mini cupcakes.

If you are thinking this machine is only for cupcakes, think again. The book has recipes for savory recipes such as Jalapeño Cheese Biscuits, Bacon Cheddar Muffins, Curried Chicken Salad Cups, Meat and Veggie Pot Pies. The book even has a section of gluten-free favorites.

    And I would have to say vanilla, my boyfriend laughs at how plain jane I like my food, but I love it!
