The holidays are just around the corner, and there will be dinners, holiday parties, and celebrations. It is always great to have a go to recipe for an easy showstopper dessert. We recently had a website launch at work, and one of my coworkers (and my favorite lunch buddy!) came back from maternity leave. I made a double batch of dulce de leche brownies from David Lebovitz to bring to work and they were a success.
I’m not a big fan of chocolate desserts, but these brownies are luscious and moist. Dulce de leche swirled in the batter gives them a unique twist.
The best part is that you just prepare the mixture, and spoon it in a foil lined pan. When the brownies are ready you lift them out of the pan, and clean up is super easy! For the recipe click here.
What is your favorite go to dessert recipe?
What is not to love about these! I would usually have a batch of ice cream in the freezer good to go….so love ice cream but only allow myself one batch on a go at the time!!
I’m with you on that! I can’t have ice cream in the freezer because I will eat it before I even realize it. These are great, warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
brownies!!! with nuts!? why did I have to look at your blog today after the failure to get brownies last night? 🙂
LOL! The funny thing is that I just had one tiny piece of these. I was so looking forward to that brownie last night! Cafe Asia fail!
